The new book, "One Percenter Land" is a suspenseful journey into the formation of the outlaw motorcycle subculture and its effect on a young criminology professor.

Born just outside New York City, William C. Duncan's fascination with the place fed much of the middle sections of "Six-Gun Two-Step". 

Mr. Duncan spent a large part of his life in the Cleveland area, and it is the home base for the main characters of "Six-Gun Two-Step". 

 A long time resident of North Carolina, Mr. Duncan  gets away to the beaches of the Outer Banks as often as possible

 North Carolina is ideally situated with both pristine coastal areas and rugged mountains just hours away from each other.  A few days in a remote cabin can change your outlook!
